We are looking for a keen, dedicated and dynamic CAD Operator to join our expanding team based at our Head Office in Christchurch, Dorset.
The ideal candidate will have extensive CAD experience within a retail environment and must have an advanced knowledge of graphic packages- Spaceman, Retail Focus and AutoCAD.
You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and be adaptable to the ever changing working environment. You will have excellent time management skills along with the ability to work within a team and to tight deadlines.
You will be required to attend store sites from time to time so must hold a valid driving licence.

To lead the manufacturing technology improvement initiatives to develop the manufacturing process and capability, co-ordinating activities between relevant departments.

*Integrate manufacturing technology projects into the Operations process.
*Identify/specify appropriate equipment and carry out detailed engineering analysis of requirements.

Person Specification
Degree in Metallurgy/Production/Mechanical Engineering.
Several years industrial experience in a related industry: fabrication;/heat treatment/heavy engineering.
Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate manufacturing process against technical/quality needs, recommending improvements where required.
Demonstrated ability6 to identify and evaluate issues, ideally at the planning stage which may affect process performance and product quality.
Understanding of Quality Management systems including maintenance, compliance and application.
Personal drive and determination to deliver projects within timescales.
