Our client is a chilled, fresh, natural food manufacturer with a £160 million turnover. They make and sell fresh food and drinks in five categories – fresh soup, fresh drinks, fresh fruit, chilled ready meals and hot eating traditional desserts.
A vacancy has arisen for a HR Advisor - Generalist based at our sites in Peterborough or Grimsby. You will be responsble for two sites.
The role is part time working Monday - Friday 10.00 - 15.00.
This position exists to provide support to site providing a seamless and efficient HR service to these organisations calling on the expertise within other areas of HR whilst providing a prime point of contact for them. The role is to work with managers across the business to ensure that legislation and ‘best practice’ is adhered to.
External contact with suppliers, government and legal bodies.
Reports to HR Business Partner.
Liaises with levels up to Senior Managers internally/externally.

* Previous experience of building good internal customer relationships.
* Good IT skills especially in Microsoft Office.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To manage an effective and efficient HR support function covering all areas of the HR service provision. Management of employee information ensuring data confidentiality, accuracy and integrity at all times. The role is also responsible for the management of group policy and procedures and the administration of company benefits.
