This is a unique opportunity to be responsible for the growth of a major New Recruitment Company with a team of 9 Recruiters working directly for you by the end of 2012 and up to 30 Recruiters looking to you for leadership by the close of business 31st December 2013.
• £45,000 basic

As a Non Executive Director of this new Venture, it is my job to identify two SENIOR RECRUITERS (Director Designates) from within the PERMANENT sectors of CONSTRUCTION, RETAIL or I.T.
Having already built and sold my technology Recruitment Company for £7m, I understand exactly what needs to be in place to allow Senior Recruiters to ‘do their thing’. Our new business is extremely well funded, ambitious, friendly, driven and located in prestigious offices near Heathrow. This is a hugely exciting and credible project seeking two additional individuals who can combine personal billings (c. £180,000 p.a.) with real Management and Company Strategy.

The owners of the new business are gifted businessmen who recognise that they need Partners, not ‘run of the mill’ employees at this Director Designate level & as such, we are looking to you to be involved in all aspects of business strategy & growth.
So, you will be billing, growing your own team of Recruiters, directing Company strategy, keeping a focus on the profit & loss of the business and be intimately involved in everything that happens.
THE COMPANY
Our client is a new business & will operate in both the temporary and permanent sectors of CONSTRUCTION, RETAIL and I.T.
Building on their extensive knowledge of these markets, (the MD and Deputy MD) have both been very successful working within a global business – a specialist in multi-trade subcontracting within refurbishment and building projects.
Our clients are passionate in their desire to embrace the UK recruitment market and bring to bear their massive Client & Candidates networks, both here in the UK and throughout Europe – including their native Romania.
The business plan is well advanced within the temporary division and we now seek extensive Recruitment & Managerial skills to lead the Permanent side of the Construction, Retail and I.T. Recruitment markets.
Projected turnover of £1m+ in the first year of trade will quickly reach £5m+ with the Permanent Teams being led by Two Director Designate Senior Recruiters – each with an extensive team of Recruiters under their direct control.
THE CHALLENGE:
We need Senior Perm’ Recruiters with a great track record of billing within any of our three primary markets of Construction, Retail and I.T. In addition, we need to see real potential for leadership as the challenge is not just to help to launch this great new business, but also to continue to invoice whilst growing the team – rapidly!
Naturally, with such a complex and unusual objective the rewards are significant but you will need to feel confident that you have the full ‘360-style’ skills set coupled with the drive to make the most of this rare opportunity.
THE REWARDS:
Forget for a moment the great basic salary of c£45,000 & the Commission scheme that will earn you another £30,000 if you invoice around £180k p.a.).
Ignore momentarily the unique profit share that would net another 3% of Company profits in your first year and another 6% of Company profits in year 2.
Put to one side the hugely lucrative 10% Company Ownership available if the Company reaches its objectives after 3 years (which could be worth literally millions).
