Would you like to join an exciting and fast paced environment?
Are you an experienced multi-site retail manager with the drive to be a player in one of the most successful retailers in the UK?
As part of the regional management team you will be responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of a group of our stores and managing the stores' performance to achieve business targets.
This will involve the introduction and implementation of business development initiatives and the maintainance of effective working relationships with store management.
To be a successful Area Sales Manager you must be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of achievement within a similar role. You should be able to lead by example in driving the sales performance of the area and be an excellent communicator with strong planning skills.
Exceptional selling and negotiation skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to coach and influence others.
