Core Accountabilities:
As a member of the Senior Management team, and with the Marketing Director, you will be required to carry out the companys key Marketing objectives;
Formulate and progress a coordinated and consistent programme Marketing activities that allow the company to achieve those objectives in the most efficient and effective way.
To formulate, deploy and manage the Marketing budget to achieve these activities.
Negotiate Agency fees and manage Agency roster.
Create annual promotional plan and coordinate Trading and finance to deliver this to the stores.
Manage customer database to maximise customer expenditure and loyalty.
Interpret and implement partner advertising campaigns in stores.
Design and Implement store opening campaigns.
With PR agency create a annual PR plan and events to maximise coverage of the client and its products.
Create 4 Magalogues a year to promote key products and services.
Create and deliver social media strategy via sms.
Inspire, manage and develop the marketing team.
Job Purpose
To work closely with senior managers across the organisation to derive, implement and manage Marketing Activity.
To develop market strategy and implement activity in the areas of;
Advertising (hardware and photo)
PR
Social Media
Catalogues and Publications
Customer Database
Email Campaigns
Maintain a strong and consistent Brand Identity
