Job Description

Reports to Business Development Director and is responsible for:
Management and ownership of nominated key accounts.
Management of customer relationships.
Co-ordination of customer communication.
Visiting key accounts for business reviews as required, with more regular KPI Meetings where necessary.
Management of Account and Customer. Communication Plans.
Identifying new and repeat business opportunities and supporting the preparation of proposals and business cases.

Position Description:
Senior Market Research Analyst: Segmentation The Role Reporting to the Jaguar Land Rover Continuous Studies Research Manager the Segmentation Research Analyst has responsibility for:
1. Managing the day to day project management of SIGMA Sensor research.
2. Providing the business with analysis and reporting related to SIGMA segmentation, including ownership of the JLR target customer process.
3. Champion voice of the customer insight for a given geographic area. Be the point of contact for research requirements and coordination / deployment of specific insight to a geographic team (National Sales Company). This will involve reviewing geographic specific output with Operations areas. This is a key role in the market research team, managing the supply of essential data to the business.
The role requires:
1. The ability to leverage research specific skills and knowledge.
2. Develop and lead the approach to analyse and report on segmentation data on a global basis.
3. Work closely with research suppliers and internal clients in cross-functional teams across the business, including external partners (e.g. communications agencies)
4. Represent JLR at international syndicate meetings Communicating findings and insights, based on a good working knowledge of the business, to a host of internal clients and external agencies in an easily digestible format is core to being successful in this role.

Corporate sales Marketing Specialist Department

Purpose of role
Reporting directly to the JLR European Corporate Sales Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to support the delivery of the B2B sales and marketing activity through the NSC's and directly with JLR's largest corporate customers.
The CSMS role will drive the delivery of the Corporate Sales CRM, marketing campaigns and events and most crucially, the content marketing social media strategy.
This role will be pivotal in the positioning of new and existing JLR products in the market with NSC's and customers.
Establish JLR as the valued digital source for executive automotive information, education and entertainment relating to corporate sales
Skills Required:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Corporate Sales CRM delivery and support for the NSC's.
Load all data relating to NSC's and international customers on the CRM and ensure that it is managed and updated inline with performance guidelines.
Define and produce monthly sales and activity management reports, predominantly through CRM but also utilising other JLR and external data sources.
Analyse opportunities and gaps for the development of specific actions to drive sales.
Lead the relationship with external marketing and event agencies involved in Corporate Sales activities Define, develop and deliver international corporate sales activity relating to residual values and new product launches for both brands.
Be a 'Digital Citizen' and drive the strategy for establishing JLR as the industry experts relating to executive car choice.
Participate daily in the digital community creating/leading/joining blogs, linking sites, harnessing twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. in-line with JLR's overall digital strategy.
Be a critical link between corporate sales and all other digitally engaged JLR business teams such as brand, marketing, PR and web development.
Provide the first customer and NSC contact point.
Establish networks throughout the global JLR network in order to support the strategy for international accounts ¿ Prepare presentation material, reports and analysis when required
Work with cross-functional areas (MRO, After Sales, Parts Operations, JLR Financial Services Global Marketing) to promote and integrate the Corporate Sales strategies and activities.
Liaise with the JLR European Importer team to share initiatives to facilitate a coordinated and efficient working relationship.
Be an ambassador for Corporate Sales within JLR.
Ensure that all European Operations areas maintain appropriate processes to share and protect information in-line with Jaguar Land Rover Corporate policies.
Skills Preferred:
