As a result of our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Marketing Manager to be based in our West London offices.
Key Accountabilities:
As a “Marketing Manager” you will be accountable for 3 key areas:
1. Marketing Team management.
2. Marketing communications – development & delivery.
3. Direct Marketing
Skills / Duties:
• Delegating duties to Marketing staff and monitoring performance against deadlines.
• Manage the ROI of the Marketing department.
• To develop, produce and maintain marketing and promotional strategies.
• Track and report on marketing milestones and goals.
• Copywriting function for all forms of marketing – Fax, Email, SMS, Booklets and brochures.
• Leads capitalisation email campaign.
• Monthly communication bulletins to existing customers.
• Management of Marketing Budget.
• Website copy/design and development in partnership with external web team.
• Creation, implementation and maintenance of all internal and external collateral templates in CRM.
• Manage event planning, organisation and implementation including presentations, food & beverage and follow up with clients.
• Creation and implementation of Affiliate Marketing program.
• Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Degree educated in the Marketing or Communications field.
• Marketing experience within a B2B environment
• Highly experienced in Direct Marketing
• Proven excellent people management experience
