JOB TITLE: QUALITY & INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANAGER
REPORTS TO: HSEQ MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE
To actively manage and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance process, drive quality improvements throughout the business and act as the primary customer quality interface for our client. To oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS), identifying and implementing improvements to maximise operational efficiency. To act as an effective member of the HSEQ team and undertake general HSEQ duties as and when required.

This role is required to interact with all levels of the (Executive, R&D, Businesses, Operations, Global Sites) and also directly communicate with customers and the relevant authorities on Quality Assurance and customer complaint processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
" To own and be fully accountable for the UK Quality Assurance and ISO 9001 Accreditation process and the IMS system overall (including 1st Tier Manual and Internal Audit Program).
" To effectively manage quality processes - set and report quality objectives, plan and coordinate external, supplier and internal audits, track corrective actions and undertake quality costing programmes to prioritise and drive improvement.
" To maintain the IMS, IMS Index and associated policies and procedures, and arrange bi-annual reviews to identify and implement improvements and revisions.
" To own the UK complaints process, manage internal and external participant responsibilities and ensure all data collection systems are fully functioning.
" To proactively promote the Quality and IMS agenda at all times, actively participate in cross functional Partnership meetings to gain stakeholder agreement, and liaise closely with the QC function to raise quality standards.
