Main purpose of job: To liaise with clients and create the personnel documentation and deliver client group training.
Responsible to: Area Manager.
Main tasks of job:
Meet with clients and create the personnel documentation or to critique the clients own documentation to meet their needs, in accordance with our cliens policies and procedures.
Liaise with office based employment consultancy staff, diary bookers, and your area manager as appropriate in order to provide a professional consultancy service specific to the client requirements.
Liaise with clients and deal with queries as appropriate.
Manage your workload and the creation of client documentation in accordance with the clients policies and procedures.
Deliver client group training in accordance with the service level agreements.
Ensure deadlines and any targets are met.
Attend team meetings, as required.
To record work utilising the systems in place.

Required qualities
Thorough knowledge of personnel practices and employment law.
Professional approach.
Organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent computer and WP skills.
Current Driving Licence.

Ability to work under pressure.
Previous group training delivery.

Were looking for an HR Manager to join our clients Practice Management team. The role would include managing recruitment and employee matters, responsibility for training and development and ensuring compliance with legislation and their regulatory requirements but could grow with you. Ideally you would have experience of a similar role in a legal environment although we would consider less experienced candidates.
