A highly respected player in the education recruitment sector is looking to grow their team of billers, by appointing a new consultant to grow and manage a busy temps desk, placing teachers, teaching assistants and other educational staff into schools, nurseries and colleges in the area.
This is a fast-paced role, and would suit someone who is able to deal with several clients, to quickly turnaround bookings, work to tight deadlines and source new business, without breaking a sweat!

We are currently interested in speaking with Recruitment Consultants with 18 months + experience of working in the Commercial sector, with temps. This person must be a ‘go-getter’, willing to get things moving with a view to building a team.
This is a role within a new sector for this business, so there is the option of being able to propose your own bonus scheme.
Even though this is a new role to the business, it won’t include any payroll or back office duties
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

We are working with an exciting IT Recruiter who is keen to meet with the best talent in the market. As such, we want to speak to the best IT recruiters – is that you?
This company gives consultants the freedom to manage themselves, with support if needed. You need to be sales focussed and able to demonstrate a strong billing history. This client describes themselves as a boutique/search & selection business that doesn’t deal in volume recruitment. Here, the fees are big, as is the earning potential for those that are hungry for it.
With bonuses – the sky is the limit! There is no minimum threshold to start earning bonus either. A good consultant here earns around £80k to £90k per year.
At the end of the year, there is an all-expenses paid trip for the top 5 consultants over target for the year. Previous destinations have included Miami, Ibiza and Marbella! There are also exclusive invitations to lunch with the Directors for those that perform exceptionally well.
